A 42 year old female, known case of Lupus nephritis with post renal transplant status since 2 years was admitted complaints chronic neck, back and right shoulder pain, which stabbing in nature. She had on off pain for she being managed OPD basis 1 year. However, her has aggravated past week. Radiological imaging cervical spine showed area calcification anterior aspect C4 C5 vertebrae lateral view.
